Hi Reymichael: The only thing I'v tried is uninstalling the updates of Windows, that I got from one of the forums of Sketchup, I also tried to ask Intel about the problem, because some body suggested it is related with the graphic card ( Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000). Another person said that with the Nvidia Graphic Card the programs run better, but he refereed basically to video games, which is no my case. Thank you very much for your fast answer.

Every time this KB 4058043 shows up I have to uninstall. I have to tell you that in the past I also deleted KB 4055237, it hasn't appeared again in the updating of Windows.
